New-Build Areas
In Ottawa's newer subdivisions, most of our work is finishing what the builder left basic, fixing early deficiencies, and adding what wasn't included — decks, upgraded eavestroughs, and better siding and window details.
Established Neighbourhoods
In Ottawa's older, established areas, the work is different: full exterior renovations, replacing aging siding, windows, and roofing that have reached the end of their life, and in some cases a full demo and rebuild.
